I am an IT Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience in end-user support, system administration, and IT operations. My journey started in hardware and web development, giving me a solid technical base before moving into enterprise IT.
I currently manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, endpoint security (SentinelOne, Seqrite), patch management, and firewall/VPN setups. I also support ISO compliance through SOP documentation, SLA reporting, and asset management.
I am upskilling in Cloud (Entra, M365) and Cybersecurity, working toward certifications like SC-300, AZ-900, and MS-900 to transition into advanced IT and security roles, with a clear goal of becoming a Cloud & Security Specialist / IT Lead.
